Ministry Resources

In the midst of cultural pressures, the urgency of the gospel, and the ever-present pastoral needs of a local church, we know that finding the head-space to grapple with your compliance obligations can seem overwhelming.

We want to help.

We have a growing library of resources and tools that are designed to help carry the load of this heavy aspect of ministry as a local church.

You can find these resources on our website here.

I would highly recommend reading, The Trellis and the Vine, by Colin Marshall and Tony Payne—in which they set up a case for a significant shift in our ministry mindset. We too often confuse the structures needed for ministry as the goal of ministry, but the true goal of ministry is always the harvest of fruit that must come from the vine of the gospel. But for a healthy vine to exist, it must have suitable structures to grow on.

Why not grab a copy of this helpful resource and read it together with your eldership and ministry teams?
